Six months building the wrong thing costs more than this book. Here's the order that prevents it.
How to build a business from first idea to first customers to systems that run without you, and keep it ready to sell. Zero to Sellable is the operating manual behind the businesses Manthan Bhendkar runs under the Asendify name: choose something people will pay for, find out fast whether they will, price it, put it online, win the first customers, deliver without drowning, and end up with a business that runs without you and that someone else could buy.
- The full Zero to Sellable playbook (about 86 pages, phone or laptop)
- The Buyer Filter and Offer Scorecard, so you choose an offer on evidence instead of falling for the wrong idea
- A 7-Day Validation Sprint, a Problem Interview script and a Keep, Change or Kill table
- Pricing, sales pages, checkout, cold email, content, ads, affiliates, and selling with or without calls
- The sale-ready record and sale-readiness score, kept up to date from day one
- A 30/60/90-day plan, plus templates, scripts and swipe files
What's inside
The Business Operating System
The eight stages every business moves through, from offer to record, the three rules of the order, and a weekly operating rhythm.
Picking an offer people pay for
Start with a buyer, not an idea. The Buyer Filter, the four offer types, the value ladder, the one-sentence offer statement and the Offer Scorecard.
Validating demand fast
What counts as evidence, the Problem Interview script, four fast tests, the 7-Day Validation Sprint and the Keep, Change or Kill table.
Pricing
The three floors and the one ceiling, value-based and tiered pricing, service fees, one-time versus retainer versus subscription, and the ten most common mistakes.
The shopfront
What you actually need: one domain with many subdomains, the sales page structure, headline formulas, guarantees, checkout, delivery and a launch checklist.
First customers: cold email
The rules first, then infrastructure that stays out of spam, building the list, the first email, follow-ups, handling replies and measuring.
First customers: content and AI search
One platform per product, the content-to-customer path, hooks, a short-form script template and how to become the answer in AI search.
First customers: ads, affiliates and partners
When to start ads, the ad test method, affiliates, referrals and partnerships, and a channel choice table.
Selling: calls, and sales without calls
Call or no call, the sales call structure, handling objections, the one-page proposal and the no-call funnel where the FAQ does the selling.
Delivery and automation
The delivery stack, writing SOPs while you work, onboarding in the first seven days, the automation map, AI in delivery and your first hire.
Turning one customer into many
The four multipliers: stay, expand, refer and prove. Honest testimonials, productising what you learn, and when to launch a second product.
The numbers to track
A weekly scorecard, the core formulas, a decision table for reading the numbers, and why cash is a separate number.
Making the business sellable
What a buyer looks for, owner dependence, the sale-ready record, clean books, recurring revenue and the sale-readiness score.
The 30/60/90-day plan
Days 1 to 30: prove it. Days 31 to 60: make it repeatable. Days 61 to 90: make it run without you. A deliverable for every week.
Templates, scripts and swipe files
Pre-sale and deposit wording, cold email swipe file, reply templates, call follow-ups, onboarding, retention, partner outreach and tracking templates.
Is it for you?
Who it's for
- First-time founders with one idea, several ideas or none yet, who want a clear order to follow.
- Freelancers and agency owners who want to turn what they sell into a business that doesn't need them in every room.
- Small-business owners who want the business documented, measurable and ready to sell, whether or not they ever do.
Not for you if
- You want a list of business ideas or a get-rich-quick scheme. The book makes no income promises.
- You want to read without doing. Every part ends with something to fill in, send, build or decide.
- You need country-specific legal or tax advice. The book tells you when to talk to an accountant or lawyer.
Who's behind this
Zero to Sellable is written by Manthan Bhendkar, founder of Asendify. He runs several businesses under the Asendify name, including a YouTube growth agency whose retention-editing work is behind OverSimplified's growth from 10K to 9M subscribers in 14 months, and a set of playbook shops like this one.
They sell different things to different people, but underneath they run on one system, and each new business starts faster because that system is written down. This book is that system, in the order he uses it. There are no invented case studies, made-up client names or revenue screenshots in it: examples use simple numbers that are labelled as examples, and outside facts such as laws and platform rules point to endnotes so you can check them.
Questions
Why does it cost £1,015?
The guide is £700, plus Asendify's 45% service fee (£315), so £1,015 in total (₹1,16,999 in India). It's priced against the cost of a single business mistake: months building the wrong product, pricing so low you can never afford help, a domain burned by cold email, or a business that stops the week you go on holiday. Each part is there to prevent one of those.
I don't have an idea yet. Is it still for me?
Yes. Part 2 starts with a buyer, not an idea, and gives you a scoring table to choose between ideas so you don't fall for the wrong one.
Will I make money from this?
No honest book can promise that, and this one doesn't. What the 30/60/90-day plan is built to do is show you by day 30 whether strangers will pay for your offer, by day 60 which channel brings them in, and by day 90 which routine parts of the business are written down and partly running without you.
Do I have to want to sell my business?
No. A business that runs without you, has predictable revenue and is clearly documented is also calmer to run and easier to grow. Part 13 makes sure you keep the option to sell, bring in a partner or step back.
Does it work for services, digital products and software?
It covers four offer types, with notes on validating and selling each, and a value ladder that shows how they fit together.
How does the Double Money-Back Guarantee work?
Apply the 30-day plan in the book. If you don't see results within the first month, email montybhendkar@gmail.com with your licence ID and we refund you double what you paid.
Is this legal, tax or financial advice?
No. It teaches business methods. Rules on company registration, tax, consumer rights, email marketing and data protection differ by country, so check your local law and talk to a qualified accountant or lawyer before you act on anything with a legal or tax consequence.
How do I get it?
Right after you pay, a download button appears on this page, and the link is emailed to you. The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads.
Why is my name on the PDF?
Each copy is licensed to one person. Your name and a unique licence ID are printed in it, which stops copies being passed around and resold.
How do I know a payment request is really from you?
We only take payment through this checkout or an invoice emailed from an @asendify.co address. Our only official WhatsApp is +91 90960 82894. We never ask you to pay a personal account, UPI ID, crypto wallet or gift card. If anyone does, don't pay, and email montybhendkar@gmail.com.
